Vandenberg's Fine Jewellery Ladies Night
Event Planning, Creative Direction and Sales Promotion
A well-respected local jeweler was looking to engage their loyal customers and attract a new audience to their busy retail location. The Ladies Night Event and the promotion preceding it was designed to have a vibrant, young and high class feel while ensuring both increased sales and the warm feelings that bring new guests back again. A custom photo shoot gave us the incredible look for the event, with hand picked jewels from the retailer and custom designed dresses from an internationally recognized local designer. We created invitations based on this look and distributed them to customers through the retailers key customer mailing list, sent invitations to a wider audience by email and online supports, and the Candy Team personally invited ladies to the event through the clients participation at the premier Wedding Showcase. Radio commercials were developed to coincide with the promotion. The Ladies Night event welcomed nearly 200 women ready to have fun with the onsite photo-booth, entertainment, wine and refreshments and yes, many guests choose to invest in some great pieces at the event or filled out their Christmas Wish Lists for future purchases.
